Return/Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shedautos.pk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process
  1. To start a return, reach out at info@shedautos.pk or chat with us, we’re happy to help!

  2. After we’ll receive your return request, we’ll send you an email with both the return instructions and pre-paid labels to print.

  3. All you’ll need to do is drop off your parcel at the courier location.

Is the Return free?

Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for paying for the cost of returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We’re sorry if something went wrong and we’ll make this right!

Please reach out at info@shedautos.pk or by chat so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

How can I track my return?

We will inform you by email when your returned package arrived in our warehouse.

You can also contact us and we’ll inform you about the status of your return.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be processed to the same payment method you chose for purchase, except if you paid with a gift card or COD. In the latter case, we will refund the balance to a bank account through an IBAN you’ll have to provide.

When will I be refunded?

Once your package reaches our warehouse we’ll send you a notification by email. From then, please allow up to 2 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be reviewed. 

Once checked, we attempt to process refunds as soon as possible and you will receive an email confirmation when completed. Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to appear on your account depending on the payment method used and your financial institution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
